Sunday school classes are offered for adults each Sunday from 9:45 am to 10:45 am.
Although most of our classes have a wide variety of age levels, they do have a median age that fits into young, middle, or senior adult categories. Below is a list of our current Sunday School Classes for adults.

AGAPE
Room 314 (Main Building)
The AGAPE Sunday School Class welcomes a diverse age of individuals, couples, families who are interested in missions and always enjoy open-minded Bible study discussions. We enjoy developing friendships, as well as sharing in fellowship with Christ at the center.
Cornerstone
Room 208 (Christian Activity Center)
A fellowship of parents exploring Christian parenting and life topics. Guided by Proverbs 17:22, this class values humor, joy, and heartfelt connection.
Genesis/Journey
Room 313 (Main Building)
A warm, caring group open to all ages. Known for humor, patience, and thoughtful book studies. Encourages deep reflection and respectful exploration of personal beliefs.
Better Together
Room 317 (Main Building)
A large class that is very welcoming. They use a variety of materials encouraging a joyful, dynamic, and Christian expression of current events in non-traditional formats. The class enjoys several social activities throughout the year
Emmanuel
Room 315 (Main Building)
A multigenerational class of couples and singles focused on deepening faith and understanding God’s character. Curriculum often includes books by Methodist authors and encourages lively discussion and spiritual growth.
Good News
Room 118B (Main Building)
A large class for adults aged 35–90. Sessions begin with prayer and center around Methodist-oriented books. Members participate in Senior Connection events and enjoy game nights and dining out together.
Bridge Builders
Room 316 (Main Building)
A multi-generational, informal group that engages in short-term studies, often using video-based lessons. Members share leadership and participate in local and UMC-wide mission projects. Seasonal studies during Lent and Advent are a highlight.
Footsteps
Room 111B (Main Building)
An inclusive, discussion-based class for adults 35+. Topics vary throughout the year, including seasonal studies like Advent and Lent. Members are active in mission projects and enjoy regular social gatherings.
Twenty Something
Room 116B (Main Building)
A welcoming space for college students and young adults to connect, reflect, and grow in faith. Whether you attend weekly or occasionally, you’ll find meaningful conversation and supportive fellowship.
The Village
Room 303 (Main Building)
Parenting little ones can be both joyful and exhausting—and you don’t have to do it alone. The Village is a new Sunday School class at Edmond First UMC created just for parents of young children. It’s a place to find friendship, encouragement, and community as we walk through this season of life together.
