REV. DR. TIFFANY A. NAGEL MONROE
Senior Pastor
Rev. Nagel Monroe has served as a pastor in the Oklahoma Conference since 2010. She has served, as the Executive Director of the Oklahoma campus of Saint Paul School of Theology, and in pastoral leadership at Shawnee-St. Paul, Calumet, Red Rock, and Wickline United Methodist churches.
She earned her master of divinity degree at Saint Paul School of Theology and her doctor of ministry degree in Church Leadership at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C.
Rev. Nagel Monroe received the Francis E. Dillard award from Oklahoma Commission on the Status and Role of Women (2021) and the Harry Denman Evangelism Award (2017).
She was included in the Oklahoma Conference’s inaugural Academy for Innovative Ministry receiving a grant for her work in community partnerships, and participated in the three-year work of the Creative Leadership Imperative through Texas Methodist Foundation. She is a 2026 graduate of Leadership Edmond Class 40.

Associate Pastor of Administration
Greg Tener is a retired Elder of the United Methodist Church in Oklahoma. He has served churches and extension ministries over a 32-year career in ministry. The churches to which Greg was appointed were Wilson, Loco, Putnam City, Poteau and Bartlesville. Additionally, Greg served in campus ministry at SW Oklahoma State in Weatherford and as District Superintendent in what became the Heartland District.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma City University, Master of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from Saint Paul School of Theology. The focus of his Doctorate work was Wesleyan Spiritual Formation.
Greg has been a member of the Oklahoma Annual Conference Board of Ordained Ministry for 22 years. Before entering ministry, Greg worked for SW Bell for 16 years in customer service and sales.Greg has been married to his wife, Judy, for 50 years. They have two adult children, three grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.
