Scholarship Opportunities
Education has long been a meaningful part of the mission and ministry of the United Methodist Church. Rooted in the belief that learning nurtures both faith and service, the church encourages individuals of all ages to pursue knowledge, grow their gifts, and use their education to make a positive difference in the world. Through scholarship opportunities, our church seeks to support students as they continue their educational journeys, helping remove barriers and encouraging the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and servants in our communities.
EDMOND FIRST UNITED METHODIST CHURCH SCHOLARSHIP ANNUAL APPLICATION
The Edmond First United Methodist Church Scholarship purpose is to provide two (2) scholarships per year to worthy post-secondary students pursuing a career in service to others. These students may attend a trade school, a specialized vo-tech school, or a traditional college or university.
THE BANKS FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP
The BANKS Family Scholarship purpose is to provide two (2) scholarships per year to one (1) Edmond First United Methodist Church high school senior church member and one (1) college aged church member. These two students shall be planning to or attending a traditional college or university.
