(you know you’re curious!) good question too. you’re a clever one! we’re called ‘catalyst’ because we think that experiencing Jesus is like having a catalyst influence our life. a catalyst is something that speeds up a chemical reaction, basically, it makes something change. so for us, we encounter Jesus, and after that things in life change. and it’s everything too, from how we live, to our school, our jobs, the way we see people. all of it is affected by who Jesus is. there are lots of opportunities for us to be together, and we hope you’ll come and be a part of what is going on here! feel free to contact Thomas if you have any more questions. worship: intimacy with Jesus is vital to our growth as followers of Jesus. we experience Jesus by worshipping Him. this looks like a lot of different things: art, bible study, music, and other things that bring us close to Him. mission: encountering Jesus changes us, and so we live life different than the mainstream. we look for ways to be the love of Jesus to our world. community: we are created for community, it’s hard-wired into us. this means we strive for community with Jesus and each other. we are committed to spending time together.
